Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Bennettsville, South Carolina

Make an immediate impact by supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a rewarding educational environment. This onsite contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through late May of 2027, offering you the chance to provide essential behavioral support over multiple school years.

Bring your active RBT certification and dedication to helping children succeed in a structured, collaborative setting. You’ll work a consistent 37.5-hour week, focusing on gathering information, implementing individualized intervention plans, and supporting students’ behavioral and educational growth in classrooms and other on-campus settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed behavioral data to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to students
• Participate in meetings and share observations to support program development
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements
• Respond flexibly to evolving classroom needs while maintaining a calm, supportive presence

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children or students in educational settings preferred
• Excellent observation, documentation, and communication skills
• Reliability and consistency in an onsite environment
• Ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
