Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting is strongly preferred
  • Expertise in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to student progress

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform intervention
  • Train and support school staff in implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team discussions
  • Maintain all required documentation in a timely and organized manner
  • Collaborate with school personnel to promote a positive and inclusive school climate
