Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Springfield, MA

This role is perfect for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is skilled at providing functional assessments, consultation, and hands-on coaching to school staff and is passionate about supporting students with autism. What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification (please be ready to provide proof)
- Strong background in school-based services as a BCBA or Autism Specialist
- Demonstrated experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Prior involvement in coaching teachers and paraprofessionals in evidence-based behavior strategies
- Experience supporting autism-specific classrooms and collaborating within multi-disciplinary school environments
- Willingness and reliability for travel between several school sites in the area
- Ability to pass pre-employment background (CORI/fingerprinting) and drug screening
- Punctuality and clear, proactive communication in case of illness or unavoidable absence
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting FBAs and implementing BIPs for students requiring behavior supports
- Providing consultations, classroom observation, and hands-on coaching for school staff
- Supporting teachers and paraprofessionals working with students with autism
- Collaborating closely with special education and related services personnel
- Maintaining clear documentation and upholding professional standards of practice
