Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Valid Rhode Island LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license required
• Strong supervisory skills and experience in educational or school settings
• Exceptional communication abilities for virtual services

• Experience providing supervision is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual supervision to support an educational caseload
• Commit to approximately 2 hours per week (8 hours per month)
• Oversee the quality and consistency of behavior intervention programs
• Guide, support, and mentor assigned staff or students, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and best practices
• Communicate regularly with school personnel and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and records in accordance with state and professional guidelines
