Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid Rhode Island LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license required
- Strong supervisory skills and experience in educational or school settings
- Exceptional communication abilities for virtual services
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage your own schedule effectively
- Experience providing supervision is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual supervision to support an educational caseload
- Commit to approximately 2 hours per week (8 hours per month)
- Oversee the quality and consistency of behavior intervention programs
- Guide, support, and mentor assigned staff or students, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and best practices
- Communicate regularly with school personnel and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation and records in accordance with state and professional guidelines
