Required Skills & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification
  • Possession of a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, issued by the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and creating or revising Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Skilled in data collection, graphing, and preparing progress reports for IEP meetings
  • Strong background supervising and training both direct support staff and educators, with a focus on modeling intervention techniques
  • Ability to seamlessly manage a caseload spanning 2–3 school buildings
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and behavioral interventions across several campuses
  • Crafting individualized, effective behavioral plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Overseeing and mentoring 1:1 Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers in best practices and data-driven techniques
  • Compiling actionable data, visualizing progress, and sharing updates in IEP meetings
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to foster inclusive, supportive classrooms
  • Traveling between assignments within the district
