Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of 38 students across all age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Itinerant, serving multiple students across different school settings.
• Hours per Week: 7 hours/week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive.
