We are seeking a dedicated full-time Paraprofessional to join our team in Chicago, IL, serving K-12 students. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting student success in a collaborative and dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instruction and support to students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 students is a plus.
• Paraprofessional certification in Illinois is required.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12
• Hours per Week: Full-time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
