Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Type: Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and diagnose speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement personalized, online therapy plans for students.
Provide live, one-on-one and group therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms.
Collaborate remotely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress monitoring.
Maintain accurate digital records of student progress and therapy notes.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active SLP license in Minnesota (required).
ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery (preferred).
Strong communication and tech-savvy skills for remote collaboration.
