Virtual/Remote Speech Language Pathologist in Illinois

Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: May 3, 2025
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of 22 students.
• Provide therapy for 1 day focusing on intensive classroom needs and 2 days addressing inclusion students.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate virtually with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor and encourage student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings via video conferencing to establish and review individualized goals.
• Maintain accurate digital records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) license.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology.
