Job Posting: Virtual Special Education Teacher (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs in an online learning environment, with a focus on Autism and behavioral support.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents via virtual platforms to foster student success.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and professional development.

Requirements:

Experience working with students with Autism and behavioral challenges.
Special Education certification is preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered.
Comfortable with technology and virtual learning tools.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to fit a remote setting and meet diverse student needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
