Virtual School Psychologist (Full-Time, 1099 Contract)
Location: Remote (Must be licensed in California)

Join our team as a Virtual School Psychologist, where you'll support an elementary school community of 700 students through online assessments and consultations. This is a full-time, remote contract role (1099) designed for a licensed California School Psychologist who thrives in a virtual setting. The schedule is 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM, with flexibility for additional IEP meetings in the afternoons as needed.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide essential psychological and consultative support to elementary educators and staff from the comfort of your home. Your expertise will help create individualized plans that meet the needs of students with a variety of educational challenges. The role is consultative only, meaning no direct therapy services are required—allowing you to focus on the important work of assessments, IEP participation, and school team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial & Triennial IEP Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments to support IEP development, evaluating students' cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Develop and manage BIPs as part of IEPs to ensure supportive strategies are in place for student success.
- Consultation & Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support and guide strategies for student growth. Your input will shape interventions, adjustments, and plans for students across the elementary school population.
