Responsibilities include: 

Providing speech therapy to students on caseload. Clear communication skills with Admin, Colleagues, Students and Parents, Medicaid Billing with the assistance of speech paraprofessional, supervise speech RTI students, and virtual attendance to IEP and SST Meetings. Attend weekly District Level Team Meetings via Zoom. Software/Systems Used: Mac system and use Google Drive to share documents.  


Developing treatment plans that are strength-based and child/family centered for overall educational improvement. Bettering children’s social communication, language development, and articulation. SLP must plan, prepare, and deliver individualized services for children with speech and language needs. Provide evals, perform assessments and diagnosis of language, speech, and hearing impairments. You do not need to be bilingual for this position. 



  • Requires Master’s level degree 

  • American Speech and Language Association (ASHA) certification 

  • Must have a Speech Therapy Illinois license 

  • Experience with assistive technology
