Teletherapy Requirements

The requirements for teletherapy positions are often identical to the corresponding in-person job. For example, OTs need to have the same educational background and certification to provide services to students. SLPs, SLIs, and school psychologists all need to be adequately trained, with the appropriate credentials. Other requirements for teletherapy are a firm grasp of technology, access to suitable devices and a willingness to deliver services remotely as effectively as possible.

Virtual School Psychologist - Arizona - 20 hours/week
Schools - School Psychologist - Telehealth 11 days ago Phoenix, AZ

Bilingual Therapies has partnered with a school in Phoenix in need of a School Psychologist. The school will be contracting a Psych to work virtually to service their kiddos! This will be a part-time, flexible position for the 2022-2023 school year.


Details:

  • Fully remote position
  • Part time (20 hours/week)
  • PreK-12th 
  • Caseload 35-40


Requirements:

  • Certified School Psychologist in the state of Arizona
  • At least 2 years of school experience
  • Comfortable working with PreK-12 caseload
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, monolingual considered


Responsibilities include:

  • Interpret results, create reports, and submit to designated contacts within the necessary timeframe
  • Conduct psychological evaluations that including assessments of intellectual, developmental, academic, social/emotional and behavioral status
  • Attend verbal feedback meetings to review results/findings
  • Maintain caseload in compliance with company guidelines
