Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Licensed in North Carolina 
Employment Type: Full-time: 40 hours/week
Caseload: 40-45 students 
Grades: 1st-9th 
ASAP until 6/9/25 

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• North Carolina state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ academic and social goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress reports, and IEP updates
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and intervention strategies
