Position Overview:
We are looking for two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Olympia, WA. These onsite positions involve providing direct services, evaluations, and support to students in a school setting. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' communication skills and overall success.
Caseloads:
- Midland Elementary School: Caseload of 40-45 students.
- Early Learning Center: Caseload of 40-45 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in person.
- Prepare detailed and timely reports, including evaluations and progress updates.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to ensure student success.
Requirements:
- Valid Washington State SLP licensure.
- Fingerprint clearance through OSPI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- School-based experience is a plus but not required.
