School Speech Language Pathologist – Taylorsville, NC
Start Date: ASAP | End Date: End of School Year (EOSY) | Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)

Join a supportive school team in Taylorsville, NC as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist! This opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact on students’ communication skills across elementary and possibly middle school grades. You’ll be working with a caseload of 35 students, providing direct and support services to enhance their learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with staff.
• Document services and progress using ECATS & Medicaid systems.
• Support students with a variety of communication challenges in both elementary and middle school settings.

Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure or Credentials.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience with ECATS and Medicaid documentation preferred.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary and possibly Middle School
• Hours per Week: 30-40 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary

• Contract Duration: Until the end of the current school year with potential for renewal.
