School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Crystal Lake, IL

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Crystal Lake, IL, and make a difference in the lives of high school students with specialized needs! You will serve two distinct programs—Functional Life Skills and Therapeutic Day—as well as provide support for students with learning resource needs. This is a full-time, onsite position with an established caseload and schedule waiting for you to step in.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to 33 high school students, many served in groups.
• Work with students in Functional Life Skills, Therapeutic Day, and learning resource programs.
• Implement individualized therapy plans, focusing on speech, language, and communication development.
• Follow an established schedule, ready for immediate implementation.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP License required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience or willingness to work with students in specialized programs, such as Life Skills and Therapeutic Day.

Position Details:

Classroom: High School, Specialized Programs (Functional Life Skills, Therapeutic Day, and Learning Resource)
Hours per Week: Full-Time
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Contract Duration: 01/21/2025 – 05/22/2025, with the possibility of extension.
