We're hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple positions in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services across multiple elementary schools as a floater.
• Manage a caseload of around 40 students, with a variety of speech and language needs.
• Work collaboratively with school teams and support staff.
• Supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs) for a 15-hour per week backfill role (remote option available).
• Implement and track IEP goals, conduct assessments, and provide individualized therapy.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDE (Colorado Department of Education) SLP License required.
• CFs (Clinical Fellows) welcome to apply; agency will provide required supervision.
• Experience with school-based speech therapy preferred, but not required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Various elementary schools (float between locations).
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours for full-time onsite positions; 15 hours for remote SLPA supervision.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K.
• Contract Duration: 8/7/2024 - 5/23/2025, with potential for extension for summer or the 2024-2025 school year.
