We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in Monticello, MN. This role involves supporting children in overcoming communication challenges, from speech delays to language disorders. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in school-aged students.
• Design and deliver personalized therapy plans to meet individual needs.
• Provide both group and one-on-one speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to track and encourage progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings to help set achievable, meaningful goals for students.
• Document therapy sessions and student progress regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Minnesota SLP license.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
• Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
