Position Details

• Openings: 2 Full-Time SLPs (Onsite preferred; open to VOCO candidates)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Caseload:
• Serving PreK–Grade 5 and Grades 6–12 across two nearby buildings.
• Caseload of 55-70 students (with ongoing dismissal of students who have met goals).
• Initial evaluations estimated at 5 for the remainder of the year.
• Re-evaluations expected for approximately one-third of the caseload (about 40).

• Facilities:
• Newly built elementary school with a dedicated SLP room.
• Collaborative staff and a case facilitator available for daily support.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services.
  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and manage IEPs.
  • Collaborate with staff and families to support student communication goals.
  • Assist in streamlining caseload management by dismissing students who have met goals.

  Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP licensure in Minnesota.
  • Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
