Speech Language Pathologist | Lansing, Michigan

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lansing, MI. This is a full-time position working with K-8th grade students, providing speech and language therapy services within a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and progress
• Conduct screenings to identify speech and language challenges

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Michigan State Licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
