Position Details

  • Openings: 2 Full-Time SLPs (Onsite preferred; open to VOCO candidates)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Caseload:
    • PreK–Grade 5 and Grades 6–12, serving two nearby school buildings.
    • Caseload of 55-70 students, with ongoing dismissal of students meeting their goals.
    • Approximately 5 initial evaluations and 40 re-evaluations expected for the remainder of the school year.
  • Facilities:
    • A newly built elementary school with a dedicated SLP room.
    • Collaborative staff and access to a case facilitator for daily support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students.
  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and manage IEPs effectively.
  • Collaborate with families and staff to support student success.
  • Help manage caseloads by ensuring students meeting their goals are transitioned appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP licensure in Minnesota.
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.
