We’re looking for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work with K-5 students in various settings, helping them develop crucial communication skills.

Position Details:

1st Opening:

• Caseload: K-5 general education students.
• Additional Support: Assist a few students in self-contained classrooms for social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with general education staff to support student speech needs.

2nd, 3rd, and 4th Openings:

• Caseload: Approximately 10 K-5 students in self-contained Autism classrooms.
• Primary Role: Co-teach with the classroom teacher, spending most of the day in class.
• Focus: Deliver integrated speech services to students in a structured, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current or eligible state SLP licensure.
• Experience with K-5 students preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
