We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will provide support to students with speech and language needs under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the SLP in providing speech and language therapy to students in individual or group settings.
Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising SLP.
Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs.

Requirements:

Valid SLPA license in North Carolina.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
