Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible, coordinated with supervising SLPs)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing services to students in Worcester, MA. If you’re passionate about helping students enhance their communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you!

Key Duties:

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Implement therapy plans created by SLPs to meet students communication needs.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with educational staff to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active SLPA certification and meet the state licensure requirements for Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling (determined by SLPs).
• Start immediately, with the position running through June 12, 2025.
