Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Transition Program (18-21), 6-8 week PAT leave coverage, with possibility of extension
Onsite: Yes

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide coverage for a 6-8 week PAT leave in Commerce City, CO. This is a full-time, onsite position in a Transition Program (18-21) for students. There is potential for an extension depending on the leave duration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for students in the 18-21 Transition Program.
• Collaborate with other staff to create a smooth learning environment for students.
• Implement and modify IEPs to support each student’s unique needs.
• Ensure that all documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) License/Certification.
• Experience with transition-aged students is preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite and in-person.
