School-Based Special Education Teacher – High School CI Program
Location: Woodhaven, MI | Dates: 1/21/25 – 4/21/25 | Full-Time (Up to 40 hours per week)

We’re looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join the High School Cognitive Impairment (CI) Program in Woodhaven, MI, for a MAT Leave coverage. Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with cognitive impairments in the CI program.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support student success.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Special Education with CI (SA) Endorsement.
• Prior experience working with secondary students with cognitive impairments is preferred.

Position Details

• Location: Woodhaven, Michigan.
• Classroom: High School Cognitive Impairment (CI) Program.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, up to 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
