We are seeking a Special Education Teacher in Virginia City, Nevada! This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours. You’ll work with a small caseload of K-12 students, providing specialized support in a collaborative school environment. This position offers great flexibility, making it ideal for new graduates or experienced educators looking for a manageable schedule. Start date: ASAP | End date: May 30, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide specialized support to students with various learning needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure student success and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and school leadership.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must hold a Special Education Teacher certification in Nevada.
• Education: New graduates welcome! Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.

Position Details:

• Classroom: School-based setting, working with K-12 students.
• Hours per Week: 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
