Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure students' academic and behavioral goals are met.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and staff to promote student success.
• Maintain accurate records and assess student progress regularly.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Special Education License in Ohio.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with varying needs.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
