Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities.
• Develop and implement IEPs to meet students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other staff to ensure success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education License in Ohio is required.
• Previous school-based experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with diverse learning needs.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
