We're seeking passionate educators to support students in cognitive impairment (CI) classes for 9th/10th and 11th/12th grades. Position Details:

• Classroom: Work/Life skills classes for 9th/10th and 11th/12th grades
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
• Interview Process: Conducted via Zoom for convenience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide classroom instruction and manage behaviors effectively
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure student success
• Support students with cognitive impairments in both academic and life skills

Qualifications:

• Required: Michigan Special Education Certification with endorsement in Cognitive Impairment (CI)
• Preferred: Experience working with students in 9th-12th grades
