End Date: March 21, 2025 (Dates may change based on actual leave)
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Transition Program (18-21), 6-8 week PAT leave coverage, with possibility of extension
Onsite: Yes

We are currently seeking a Special Education Teacher for a 6-8 week PAT leave coverage in Brighton, CO. This full-time, onsite position will support the Transition Program (18-21) for students. There is a possibility of extension based on the actual leave duration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students in the 18-21 Transition Program.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
• Implement and modify IEPs to meet the needs of each student.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) License/Certification.
• Experience working with transition-aged students is preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite and in-person.
