Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best learning experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• Regularly assess and track students’ progress.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Special Education Teacher License for the state of Delaware.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
