Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for high school students in a Life Skills classroom.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License required.
• Experience or willingness to work in a Life Skills classroom preferred.
• Strong commitment to supporting students with severe needs.

Position Details:

• Caseload: High school students, severe needs
• Classroom: Life Skills
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday
• Onsite only (not open to virtual or hybrid roles)

Contract Duration:

• Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
