Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the school team
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary

Qualifications

• Must have a Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
• A degree in Special Education required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Classroom: Elementary and/or Middle School (specific caseload to be discussed)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
