Special Education Teacher Opening- Rhode Island

Bilingual Therapies has partnered with a school district near Providence, Rhode Island to hire a special education teacher for a current full-time opening. In this role you will work with middle school students an estimated 35 hrs/week. Hiring decisions will be made ASAP for the rest of the current school year.

Responsibilities:

Full time caseload, high school students
Direct services and consultation
Types of disabilities, mild- hearing, vision, etc.: development cognitive needs, significant learning disability

Experience:

Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or teaching students with special needs
Must hold special education state teaching certification for Rhode Island
1099 Contractor: Must have or obtain liability insurance

Employment: Full-time, contract
