Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to work in a K-5 Behavior Support Classroom, based in McDonough, GA. This role is tailored for a professional committed to fostering growth and development in students with unique needs, including Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Other Health Impairments (OHI), ADD, and Autism. You’ll work with a small caseload of 7-8 students, delivering targeted instruction and behavioral support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students’ academic and behavioral needs.
• Provide structured support and guidance in a positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s progress.
