Special Education Teacher Needed | Round Lake, IL (Actively Recruiting)

Job Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the delivery of special education services in each student's IEP.
- Create a positive learning experience with emphasis in individualized instruction using appropriate sources including i-pads.
- Conduct special education evaluations and reevaluations.
- Provide direction, supervision and evaluation of educational assistants as directed.

Job Type:

  • Full time - 37.5 hours / week
  • 2024-2025 school year
  • K-12
  • Onsite / W2

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or teaching students with Special Needs
  • Must be licensed in the state of Illinois (PEL and LBS1 required)
  • 2 years previous experience in schools preferred
