Position Details:

• Full-time role.
• K-2 classroom with 10 students.
• Supported by 3 paraprofessionals.
• Caseload includes students with Autism and cognitive impairments.

What You'll Do:

• Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to support students academic, social, and emotional development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with parents, therapists, and other support staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

• Michigan Special Education Teacher Certification.
• Experience working with students with Autism and cognitive impairments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
