Caseload: Elementary students with significant physical, behavioral, and cognitive needs
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week

Are you dedicated to supporting students with unique and profound needs? We are seeking five Special Education Teachers to join our team in Leesburg, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with elementary students in a compassionate, inclusive, and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
Collaborate with a team of professionals, including therapists, aides, and other educators.
Create a safe, engaging, and adaptive classroom setting.
Utilize strategies and tools to foster learning and promote independence.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Special Education teaching certification in Virginia or be eligible to obtain one.
Experience with students who have significant disabilities is highly valued.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
