Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Transition Program (18-21), 6-8 week PAT leave coverage, with possibility of extension
Onsite: Yes

We are looking for a Special Education Teacher to provide coverage for a 6-8 week PAT leave in Boulder, CO. This full-time, onsite position is for the Transition Program (18-21) students. There is potential for an extension depending on the leave duration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for students in the 18-21 Transition Program.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Implement and modify IEPs to meet the individual needs of students.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) License/Certification.
• Experience working with transition-aged students is preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite and in-person.
