Position Highlights:

• Location: Rutland, MA
• Role: Full-Time Special Education Teacher (Onsite)
• Classroom: Working with a variety of special needs students to support individualized education plans.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Contract Duration: Current school year 2024-2025

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs of students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Experience working with diverse student needs preferred.
