Location: Melrose Park, IL
Duration: ASAP – June 3, 2025
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Special Education Teacher in Melrose Park, IL, to work in self-contained classrooms with Kindergarten and 2nd-grade students. This position provides an opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with the help of paraprofessionals to ensure each student's success.

Caseload Details:

• Structured Classroom: Kindergarten, 10 students with ASD.
• Instructional Classroom: Kindergarten & 2nd grade, 8 students.
• Both classrooms will have 2 paraprofessionals for additional support.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Special Education (SPED) License.
• Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Experience in self-contained classrooms is preferred.
