Job Title: School Social Worker (2 Positions Available)

Location: Centreville, MI

Start/End Date: August 12, 2024 (ASAP) - May 30, 2025

Hours: 35 hours per week

Student Age Range: K-12

Classroom Type: Special Education Social Work Services

Max Caseload Size: 60 students

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active 310 certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to students in special education.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support students in navigating social and emotional challenges.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
