Multiple positions are available, covering school speech therapy roles for both experienced CCC-SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and SLPAs for the upcoming school year. These placements are full-time, onsite, and designed for those eager to nurture student growth and communication skills.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • North Carolina active SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellows (CF), or SLP-Assistant (SLPA)
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work fully onsite (no virtual/remote options available)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Track progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with educators and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support academic achievement and social participation for a diverse student population
  • Adhere to best practices in school-based speech therapy
