Make a lasting difference in education as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Fayetteville, NC area. Multiple positions are available, covering school speech therapy roles for both experienced CCC-SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and SLPAs for the upcoming school year. These placements are full-time, onsite, and designed for those eager to nurture student growth and communication skills.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

North Carolina active SLP license (required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellows (CF), or SLP-Assistant (SLPA)
Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Willingness to work fully onsite (no virtual/remote options available)

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
Track progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with educators and families
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Support academic achievement and social participation for a diverse student population
Adhere to best practices in school-based speech therapy
