We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support the social and emotional development of middle school students. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), analyzing data related to student goals, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students' social and emotional learning needs.
Develop and implement IEPs for students in need of social work services.
Collect and analyze data on students' progress toward IEP goals.
Collaborate with student IEP teams, parents, and other school personnel.
Conduct social histories, perform student assessments, and prepare reports as required.
