School Psychologist

Bilingual Therapies has partnered with a school district in the Austin, Texas area that is looking for a School Psychologist Details below:
 
Overview:

• Full time or Part time hours available 
• 24/25 School Year with possible renewals
• Preschool and Elemenary caseload

The position expects School Psychologists to:

• facilitate the learning and understanding of mental health and trauma in children and families
• carry out Functional Behavioral Analyses (FBAs)
• create Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• complete the IDEA due process for eligibility determinations accurately (such as Specific Learning Disability) 
• serve as LEA representative for some Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or Section 504 Plan meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology (and eligible for internship) or Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology
• Must be licensed through Texas Department of Education
