We are looking for a dedicated School Psychologist in Detroit, Michigan to support students' mental health, learning, and academic success. In this role, you will conduct assessments, evaluations, and testing, and play a key role in creating and implementing IEPs. Your expertise will help build a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Position at a Glance:

Full-time, guaranteed hours (35 hours per week)
K-12 caseloads available

Job Responsibilities:

Conducts comprehensive, psycho-educational evaluations which include review of records; formal testing/informal testing; observation of the student’s functioning in the classroom and other settings to analyze learning and behavior difficulties; interviews with the student, teacher(s), administrators, and/or outside agencies
Consults and communicates with teachers, parents, and school personnel regarding the results of all relative evaluation information and assists school teams in linking evaluative data to appropriate student interventions
Determines appropriate services for all students

Qualifications:

Active licensure required.

Master's or Doctorate in Psychology or related field preferred.
