Speech Language Pathologist – School-Based (Bastrop, TX)

Exciting opportunity in Bastrop, Texas! Join us as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school-based role, providing therapy for students from ages 3 to 5th grade. With full-time hours and the chance to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days virtual), this position offers flexibility and competitive benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to elementary students (3 y/o - 5th grade).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure effective communication and progress.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55-60 students.

Qualifications:

• Texas SLP License required (SLPA applicants must be bilingual and will need a supervisor).
• Bilingual SLP preferred, but not required (English SLP also welcome).
• Full-time, onsite position (hybrid option for SLP).
• Recent school-based experience is a plus.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary School 1 & Elementary School 2
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
