Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist – Watsonville, California (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K to age 22.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates regularly.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP licensure required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Experience with a wide age range (Pre-K to age 22) is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, replacing current remote SLPs.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Onsite only, working directly with students in the classroom.
• Hours per Week: 32.5 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
